SurfaSoft®

Monofilament Non-Adherent Micro-Perforated Protective Contact Layer

Advanced protection and fixation for grafts, wounds, and NPWT applications, delivering security for clinicians and comfort for patients.

SurfaSoft® is a transparent, non-adherent wound contact layer engineered from monofilament polyamide. Its unique rolled mesh structure, with a pore size of 90 microns and an open draining surface of 41%, provides an optimal interface for skin graft fixation, wound drainage, and negative pressure wound therapy.

This innovative porous design allows exudate to evaporate and drain freely without desiccating the wound surface, while also permitting the passage of topical agents to the underlying graft or wound bed.
